We highly recommend checking out Treaty Oak Distillery while you're in town - it's one of our favorite spots. They have whiskey tastings, and great food at their restaurant, Alice's. It's dog friendly, with live music and plenty of space to hang out. We think you are going to love it!

If you're looking for a fun, laid-back spot with gorgeous views, you should definitely check out The Shady Llama in Wimberley. It's a unique outdoor beer and wine garden with amazing food trucks, and yes, actual llamas you can meet!

If you're looking for a delicious meal while you are in Austin, you've got to try Loro on South Lamar. It's one of our favorites, with fantastic food, great drinks, and a lively atmosphere. The indoor/outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying the Austin vibe, and they have a great happy hour!

If you do go to Loro or downtown Austin, make sure to visit Zilker Park. You can rent a canoe or kayak on Lady Bird Lake, stroll through the Zilker Botanical Garden, or simply relax on the Great Lawn with views of the city skyline!
